Manages and fulfills requests for records. Assists with records room set up and organization of records. Maintains inventory content of records. Handles tickets for package pick-up and delivery of records. Escorts visitors to and from the room as needed. Assists with moving, re-boxing, and strapping of records for preparation to send to offsite storage. May support audit projects. Ability to lift boxes 30-50 pounds and handle a moving dolly. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
- Detail oriented, ability to lift boxes 30-50 pound
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management System such as Documentum, OpenText or SmartPland; experience with Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Excel; Diploma in IM or combination of education and experience; demonstrative organizational and communication skills.
