• Leads development of execution planning effort including coordination of Front End Execution Planning activities by:
- Ensure audits of Contractors, Suppliers and Project Team (PT) are scheduled and conducted; lead PT audits and participate in Contractor audits as appropriate
- Leveraging cross-functional input via Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) workshops to identify execution issues at key Select and Define Stage milestones
- Defining and implementing specific work programs focused on developing mitigation plans and delineating execution basic elements to confirm feasibility
• Monitors project status/issues and supports project team as required during Execute Stage
• Considered as execution and execution planning Subject Matter Expert
• Ensure all work and project planning activities are executed with the integrity of safety, health and environmental safeguards
• Develop, maintain and progress project schedule
• Establish project progress reporting system
• Actively manage contractor schedules and reporting of progress to ensure any mitigation or improvement actions are initiated at the most effective time
• Prepare schedule updates and progress indicators to align with management reporting requirements (weekly and monthly)
• Ensure all members of the project management team, together with supporting disciplines, are kept informed of overall project schedule requirements and/or problems arising within the project
• Maintain relationship with main EPC contractors and sub-contractors

• BS or MS in Engineering preferred
• 10+ years offshore oil and gas industry
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera Planning/Scheduling software
• Experience in the efficient and accurate preparation and maintenance of all levels of integrated schedules, progress reports, and management aids
• Past experience in PMT roles
• Knowledge of project management activities
